Thanks for your feedback on this holiday, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy it as much as you had hoped. We recognise that the sightseeing and walking content of this holiday does vary considerably from day to day and that there is quite a bit of travelling included in the itinerary. I'm also sorry that you did not find our pre or post holiday service as helpful as you had expected or we seek to achieve. We've had quite a bit of positive feedback from other clients on this departure but also recognise that the range of ability levels of your fellow travellers on this holiday varied more than is usual on this holiday which may have impacted on your enjoyment.
