We're sorry that you experienced some confusion over the holiday grade this year - we have operated this holiday for over 20 years now and have advertised walks at a variety of grades over this time. We're glad that you enjoyed the hotel and eh friendliness and competence of our tour leader. Our leader reports tht he did seek to offer walks at the advertised D+ grade each day with extensions for those wishing for a more energetic day.
