Thank you very much for your feedback and your kind words about Jacob. He joined us two years ago as an apprentice, a young man lacking in confidence. He is a lovely lad and watching him develop has been a great experience. And he has hidden talents; you won't find many 19 year old lads from Liverpool who have taught themselves Japanese!
