My previous Puronics softener was old and the tank had sprung a leak. I was able to get have someone come in the afternoon of the same day. I hadva new system in by the end of the day.
He was very helpful in explaining the the softner to us we did not have the softner installed ourselves. The equipment was here when we purchased the property 21/2 yrs. ago.

Great product. 4 stars only because the servicing is a bit expensive but the techs are knowledgable and we have only had great experience in the last 5 years.
