Tim was very personable, knowledgeable and punctual. He tested the water and made necessary corrections to the softener. It's always nice to converse with him while he changes the filter.

Bought our 1st unit in 1988. Recently upgraded. Their service has always been excellent, all their techs are fantastic, very professional yet personable. Great company.
