Transport to the Radisson was arranged but when we went to the Tantivy desk to get this nobody knew anything about it and only after a lot of checking were we able to get this with no welcome pack...

We apologise for the inconvenience caused with regards to your transfers and assure you that we have addressed this low level of service with the relevant people and the appropriate action has been implemented to ensure a similar situation does not arise again in the future. We understand it is never pleasant when flights do not operate as scheduled and on this occasion due to the weather conditions the airline took the decision to cancel the flight.
