Thank you for your comments in regards to your holiday documentation. I can see from our records that on the 19/04/23 we raised a quote for you which only detailed the services you had requested. Then on the 20/04/23 we sent a copy of your holiday confirmation which confirmed only the services you had booked. This was then followed by a full holiday itinerary which was sent to you on the 26/04/23 which showed in detail all the services you had booked.
We will contact the supplier with regards to the timings as they are provided to us by them. Regarding the meal times these are advised to all clients whilst on the day trips by the suppliers because the meals are arranged locally with the eateries.
It is normal practice that should we miss a call we will call the number straight back and we apologise on this occasion that you had to contact our UK number.
Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention, by receiving our clients feedback it allows us to monitor the service being provided and highlight areas where improvements can be made.

Thank you for your feedback following your recent holiday to Jersey. I have checked with our local office in Jersey who confirmed that our representative visited the Merton on the Sunday morning after you arrived and then visits the hotel 4-5 times during the week. She would have left you a welcome leaflet at the hotel with both her contact details on and that of our Jersey office. I apologise if the hotel did not pass the leaflet onto you, however your holiday paperwork also contained our UK head office contact number or alternatively the hotel would have been happy to call the local office to arrange for the representative to meet you when she visited.
I have looked at your booking and you did not book transfers. On the confirmation paperwork we sent to you on the 20th October 2022 we did state that transfers had not been included in the itinerary and if you wanted to add them on you could contact our Customer Services Team, regrettably we were not contacted.
We regret that you feel that you are unable to recommend our company due to your experience. However we hope we have been able to clarify about the transfers and the visiting schedule of our representative. Maybe in the future you will reconsider using our services as we would welcome the opportunity to assist you again with your next holiday.
