Please accept my apologies for the negative experience that you have had with us. Unfortunately, we are quite limited by the voucher provider that we use and our gift vouchers are set up to automatically send to the recipient at around the same time of day that the original order was placed - in this case it was around 4:30pm. These can sometimes end up in spam folders, however I will look into why this was not automatically sent. Unfortunately we are an incredibly small team and we did have staff shortages that week, so this certainly impacted the level of customer service that we normally provide.
