Thank you for your feedback. We absolutely do try to get the most competitive premium we can, whenever we can. As you might expect, however, premium reductions are subject to underwriting criteria, individual circumstances and the insurer's discretion. Unfortunately, your premium is the minimum amount your insurer charges to cover what you do, specifically, and there simply isn't any leeway this time. While this might be disappointing for now, the good thing is that insurance changes all the time. We've put a note on your file and and we'll see what we can do with your premium at renewal.
