I have tried to contact you by phone (leaving messages) and email about this issue but unfortunately have not been able to contact either you or anyone at your company. We have looked through our records in great detail, and cannot find any reference, with regards to incorrect/replacement parts sent, or contact from yourselves after the initial order was sent out. I can only assume that you are confusing plasticpipeshop.co.uk, with another company that you have had bad service from, and have mistakenly applied this comment here. Thank you for your feedback. As a business to business supplier we ship from several yards across the country and only use nationwide carriers. We do not make any profit on the our delivery charges, in fact we make a small loss. Our delivery charges are standardized so no matter what the weight or size the charge is the same. This type of operation suits the majority of our business customers. Our yards do not have the same capability to package and post small orders or items, in the way that a retail merchant on ebay or amazon would. To introduce such a system would inevitably increase our costs and these would have to be passed on in our product prices.
