Hello Brett. Thanks for the feedback. I have spoken to the folk in our sales office who have been dealing with this. It seems that in this case we were let down quite badly by our courier firm whose, for some reason, did not come to your site. We have used several different courier firms over the years and have found that although not 100% (our figures show that we run at about 97% delivered on time), the current ones we use (primarily UKMail and Tuffnells) provide us with the most consistent service. Sometimes, as seems to be the case here,  things do however go wrong and I would like to apologise for any inconvenience you have been caused by this. 

With regards your VAT invoices, I have checked our system and it shows that invoices were emailed out, however, to be sure you receive them, I will have copies put in the post to you tonight.
