Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.We always try to issue renewal invites in sufficient time before renewal dates, to give our customers enough time to decide how they would like to proceed. We usually issue renewal invitations at least 21 days prior to the renewal date, which should allow our customers enough time to decide how they would like to proceed. I believe an email with your renewal invitation attached was sent to you on the 23/03/2021 and from our records I can see your policy was due for renewal on the 16/04/2021.We trust all is in order however if you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us.Elizabeth RowlandsCustomer Service Manager
