Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that your order arrived on time and that your refund was processed quickly after returning the items. We really appreciate your kind words and are pleased you had such a great experience with our service.

We’re sorry to hear that your return and refund experience has been so disappointing. We’re pleased that you like our products, but we completely understand how frustrating it must be to have your return confirmed as received two weeks ago and still be waiting for your refund, especially after contacting us for an update. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. Please contact us with your order and return details so we can look into this for you and help get the matter resolved as quickly as possible.
