Thank you for your review of the Pivotell Advance dispenser. We have developed two different aids for filling the trays which I recommend you look at as they may be of help:-

Alternatively, the larger filling tray makes filling the dispenser trays much easier:

The Advance GSM model (with integral SIM card and SMS/email messaging), has an alert message when only 4 doses are remaining in the tray, among other alert messages:

It arrived on time & boxed. As its made of plastic I would expect it to have some form of padding/bubble wrap between the plastic & box.

Returned Pill Alarm replaced immediately.

The catch on my MiniTell Alarmed Pill Box broke and I returned it. I received a replacement the next day. The service was very quick and I was delighted. Thank you.
