I have lots issues with it loading. Also if I mess up the script I have to delete and start over again. Many times when I go to generate it fail.

Hi there, sorry you are having issues. I asked support to reach out to you via email but the email bounced which leads me to think you may be having local connectivity issues. If you'd be kind enough to reach out to support again from a valid email address they will be delighted to help you by setting up a Zoom session to show you how to edit the script without having to start over again.
