Slow on replies. Doesn’t give direct yes or no.
Terrible. Doesn’t read my question properly and therefore misunderstood. So slow at replying. Takes days.

I had a cruise booked for my family and my eldest son was not coming but unfortunately he is now disabled and the PLAY team did everything they could to rebook us allowing for my son to come with us
