Hello, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you were not happy with the quality of your frame. We pride ourselves on our products and Customer Service and deal with every customer as efficiently as possible. Our products are made from Polcore which is widely used in the framing industry. We ask that you contact us if there are any problems with your frames within 30 days of delivery and will offer a refund or replacment. Whilst I understand that you did not use them straightaway, the frame was dropped in the home, after this time. Free shipping was offered, as compensation, when you said that you would need to order another frame. We do sell hundreds of these frames and you can see from our reviews, that customers are very happy with them. The PF+A Team
