The hidden charge for delivery really upset me..... I was lucky to cancel the repeat order in time

We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the delivery of your repeat orders. It's certainly not our intention to hide our delivery fees in any way. We pride ourselves on our service and being completely transparent in all areas, including logistics such as the delivery through to the ingredients or materials in our products. All of our delivery information can be found on our Delivery and Returns page.
When your repeat order was set up individually, this included our DPD morning delivery, and due to being a premium service, is a higher cost than our other delivery options, I'm afraid. As you also joined us online at Pets Corner Plus for your first order, we offered a free delivery on this as a welcome gift. We do sincerely apologise if our future delivery costs weren't clear and for any upset and frustration this caused you. It's a relief to hear that our repeat order reminder emails prompted you to review the order before it was placed.
We do offer a range of delivery options for our customers to choose from, and a member of our team will be in touch directly to assist with ensuring your repeat orders reach you with the most cost-effective and convenient delivery options. Alternatively, our friendly customer care team are always here to help with any queries regarding orders or any of our products.
