I found the fact that you couldn't see anything in writing before purchasing a plan very irritating. It is not easy to understand all the options when they are communicated to you over the phone....

Can't rate excellent as I haven't had to use the insurance yet......

Helpful staff, good value with peace of mind.

It took over a month and several phone calls for my pet insurance plan to actually arrive. I do not feel this is good enough.
