I have checked your order and I can see that you have placed the order at 17:34 on Friday the 2nd, and our offices are open Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
Even though we usually take 1-2 working days to process and send out personalised items, your order went into processing on Monday, the 5th of March, and was dispatched in the same day via the selected delivery method, which was 2nd class post.
Having checked the status of the parcel I can see that this has been delivered on 9th.
