Would recommend highly that nobody uses these people

Hello, many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback, it's appreciated. We can see you used our service for the first time on 28th June this year. Your parcel shipment was booked on 28th, dropped into the Access Point on 29th and delivered on 2nd July which is a NEXT DAY (working day) service. The shipment was therefore on time, delivered on the estimated delivery day and as far as we can see, there were no problems at all with the shipment.
We're sorry to hear you feel a member of our customer service team was unprofessional. We pride ourselves on the customer service we offer and unlike many of the other delivery companies you'll find, we're available on the phone to speak to whenever you need us. The advice must have been of some use to you as you did go ahead with the shipment and I'm pleased to see you had a good delivery experience with us.
We do hope you'll use our services again in future and look forward to helping you with any shipments you need to send.

Very efficient. I often use it from France to the UK and back.
