I have used Parcels Please and with one exception the service has always been excellent and the one exception was down to Swiss customs and not Parcels Please.

Thanks for your feedback. We've had many conversations with your business regarding packaging and unfortunately your goods are not sufficiently packaged to withstand the rigours of transport through a parcel network. You were using the most careful of the couriers in our opinion and if the parcels are not making it through THIS network unscathed, then we would advise you don't try any others. We've advised previously that we're happy to help with your packaging and have many other customers sending similar items without issue. Please let us know if you'd like to have that discussion and we can point you in the right direction. Unfortunately if you don't address this, you'll have the same issues in any of the parcel networks.
