Good. On time and affordable. Only downside being that a lot of the requirements to measure etc are only given after you’ve booked the service, which is a bit annoying.

I was delighted that the parcel which was sent for my son’s Christmas present in New Zealand arrived in just fifteen days and with no issues. I will definitely use this service again.

Absolutely awful. 4 scheduled collections over 4 days but nobody came or called to say they weren't coming. You then have to rebook it yourself or nobody will contact you or automate a reschedule...

Parcels arrived early. I will use parcel hero regularly as it is half the price of RoyalMail and no discernible difference in service.

Excellent service. Information given during journey, and parcels delivered as promised - in time for Christmas!

Good value for money; website was easy to navigate and complete required documentation; delivery was very speedy, especially as it was the pre-Christmas period.
