Our trip was planned and arranged perfectly...absolutely no problems with accommodations or luggage transport. Their advice on when to travel and how far to walk each day was spot on.

Everything was very well taken cared of for us. Shuttle to hotel, luggage transfers, breakfast. Only part that disappointed on this trip was when the day we wlked 22kms and that day was really hot...

It is great to hear that we were able to provide you with expected levels of service and that you enjoyed your time on the Camino.
In terms of air-conditioning, unfortunately it is the case that it is not as common for hotels to have them in rooms as perhaps in other parts of the world. Some of the hotels are in older building and were not fitted out with A/C units.
