Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. After reviewing your case we can see that in November you advised us that you would no longer be continuing your application before contacting us again 2 weeks later to relook at options. After carrying out a Fact Find you then advised us that you didn't wish to proceed until Spring. We always state that applications can take up to 2-3 weeks, and after continuing the application on the 1st February your application completed 2 weeks later on the 15th. Great service, just took a bit longer than first advised and expected

Process was slower than anticipated due to appearing to ‘fit’ criteria until applying to specific lender. Diane our handler was fantastic. Great communication and moved with as much pace as possible....
