Hi Zenon, Sorry about this one. We are very clear on our website and throughout our checkout that some items do need to be ordered in from a distro, and that this can cause delays. Very rarely, these delays turn into situations whereby stock we thought was readily available isn't actually available at all. We did try our best to locate the missing CD from your order, but it wasn't to be. We absolutely are not a 'delivers via distro' service though, promise you that. Our shelves are positively bursting with records. A quick check of our inventory data shows 17455 items in stock across 6783 releases, and we take delivery of thousands of new preorders every single month. We offer 'delivery via distro' for some releases simply because it increases the range we can offer, but most of the things we sell are either in-stock or preorders.
