When I couldn’t get an answer on Saturday by phone I thought I would pay on-line and glad I did as I got the insurance a lot cheaper. Can’t understand why this should happen.

Hey Kathryn - thanks for your feedback. We've had some issues with some of our rating structures this time around at renewal. We've also got some trial rates online at the minute. Our aim is that customers never see a major increase in their policies at renewal and we're working on better systems in house. Thank you for the comments and thank you for your business.
