Please accept our apologies for this as the driver should have taken this upstairs for you and had we known we would have made this happen. We had a new driver on this run and he was unaware. I do apologise as we pride ourselves on our service. I do apologise for this.
Best price for the frame, even half the price of other sites for the same one! The delivery was great, they guys even took it all the way to the bedroom.

Very good value frame. Was worried it would not be able to take the wright of my very heavy mattress but it does. Looks great. Great customer service, lots of communication. Friendly delivery guys....

Ordering and delivery were fine, however the colour was much darker than the picture on the website. Ordered the latte ottoman bed which looks a dark brown rather than the lighter shade in the images...

I am surprised at the colour difference as our supplier takes a great deal of time to make sure images are what is being sold. It could be a monitor inconsistency with your PC as I have compared this at out end and the colour is exact.
