Thank you for your review and we are pleased you found the product great, regarding the delivery we do advertise that delivery is to the ground floor and not to the room of choice as this keeps the delivery price down for you.
Happy with how their manage my order. Bought it at the end of Jan 2022 & told them I would like it delivered at end of Feb 22. The delivery lads also carried the bed frame to the attic. I was pleased...
