Once we had paid they showed a lack of interest and became unhelpful.
We will recommend that people avoid this company and personally not use them again.

Thank you for your feedback. Great to hear our cruise consultants looked after you. We are always trying to negotiate the best rates for our customers, however sometimes the cruise companies put out deals that are out of our control, that cannot be used in conjunction with our 241 deals. This occurrence is very unusual however. Our exclusive rates are always changing with new cruises being added on a daily basis. We can see that you have booked with us and we look forward to making it a fantastic experience for you.
