Pleased to hear the hotels and flights were good, sorry we weren't able to be flexible on the hotel, as I can see you wanted the Waterfront in Boston. Unfortunately we aren't always able to secure availability in every room category, so even though the hotel was still showing availability on their website, it would not have been available to us. We will look to make this clearer, but glad you rated the hotels highly.
