Many thanks for responding to our feedback email and also for your time earlier today. Once again I’d like to apologise for the failings in our service on this and your previous cruise. Once Eleri left the company you should have been contacted by one of our cruise consultants, as you were advised. Having investigated this it is clear our process to ensure all clients receive a concierge call a few weeks prior to departure failed and this has prompted a change in the way we work to ensure this is a completely robust procedure.

Thanks for the call and the feedback.
As I mentioned, I accept that everyone makes a mistake every now and again and it is how they recover from it which makes the difference. This issue has now been recovered and we look forward to the call from Theresa (and our next cruise).
