Telephone enquiry promptly dealt with by knowledgeable staff, who went on to assist with stateroom availability during the call. Booking all sorted in what was probably about 10 minutes.

by the time we received our travel documents we had already packet tuxedo

By the time we received our travel documents, we had had already packed tuxedo etc. only to be told that there were no formal nights on this cruise. Inconvenient.

I’m sorry that the pre-cruise documentation provided in September wasn’t clearer about the dress code for your cruise, and that you received your tickets from Regent late. I understand from our admin team that the cruise line couldn’t send these out until they had received some missing guest information, and that we had some problems contacting you to obtain this.
