Poor and uncaring service outside the actual cruise ship booking.

Mundy could only offer flights from London when we live nearer to Manchester, Birmingham or Cardiff. We had to book our own flights from Manchester. We also had to book our own hotel in Reykjavik,...

Once again, many thanks for taking the time to reply with your feedback. I have tried to contact you on several occasions to apologise that you feel so let down but unfortunately, I’ve been unable to reach you. I also wanted to explain that when looking into flight and hotels for you I was keen to provide you with options that offered as much flexibility as possible to account for any potential changes in your travel arrangements as at the time we were regularly receiving amendments from cruise lines. This did mean that the costs were higher, including for the Manchester routing we detailed. I’m sorry that this wasn’t clear to you at the time.
