Although you of course dont necessarily get the biggest choice, the hotels selected by Mr & Mrs Smith are excellent and the little "extra" is a nice bonus treat to look forward to!

Brilliant customer service, lovely properties on the website, very helpful at sorting out any of my questions/issues regarding changing the date and some feedback about where we had stayed.
