Mr & Mrs Smith do not put any mark up on bookings and we guarantee that it will not cost you any more to book through us than if you go direct to the hotel. It seems that the hotel gave you an invoice that didn't show the deposit that you'd already paid.

We're sorry that we couldn't offer you a hotel in the area you were looking for but we Smiths are very picky about the hotels we add to our collection. If you can't find a Smith hotel in the place you want then that's because we couldn't find one that meets our standards! Nevertheless we are open to ideas and if you know of a great hotel that you think we should look at then please let us know.
