I understand the steps to return but why should I pay another delivery charge to receive the correct size? I have sent multiple emails and tried to call you a number of times. I’m just looking for the basic of Customer Service and a reply.

I can see that one of our Customer Care team has since emailed you with a free delivery voucher code for your replacement order, so you won't be charged for shipping again.
