Hi Jane So sorry you were disappointed with your wreath and customer service. We offered to replenish the wreath which I understand was done. I can only apologise this wasn’t to your satisfaction. This has been a difficult time for our shop having trained florists going down with COVID this last 2 weeks has had a massive impact on the team. We are sorry and are doing our very best under the circumstances. Thanks

Hi Jane many thanks for your comments. I understand one of our staff replenish your wreath and sorry this wasn’t good enough. I’m sorry you are so disappointed and we didn’t get the chance to help further. Sadly we have been badly effected by COVID and have lost 2 of our trained florists who are isolating. We are trying our best under these tough circumstances and keeping our business open for our customers at Christmas.
