Hi Vivan,
Thanks for your feedback. I believe our call centre manager has been in touch and explained that this was the result of BMW's call centre, rather than ours. It would seem unlike us to discuss the different purchase types as we merely put you in touch with dealers and manufacturers.
Hopefully this is the case, and you have found our service useful in helping you to come to a decision about your car and are not put off by another party pushing too much.
