Hi, apologies that 1/21 packs had a little damage. If we’d have been aware of this we could have sent a replacement pack instantly but we weren’t made aware. As any customer service issues arise, we look to solve instantly but we have to know they exist. Regards, Jon, M&Q
Prompt service and when called to ask if delivery on schedule returned call immediately a perfect service. selection of carpets good and competitively priced would recommend.
