We do understand there was an issue with your Desk and once replacement parts were sent, this was exacerbated by delivery issues.
While this was a frustrating experience, this certainly was not our intention - for this we cannot apologise enough.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our products and service and we will definitely pass this on.
