Not what we had expected. Spa treatments cancelled but we were offered dinner instead which was good but not equivalent in price.
Should not be advertised as a spa hotel. The complex is s run down...
Lovely staff, immaculate room, just a few basics missing.
The staff at Miskin Manor were polite and efficient. My room was immaculately clean. However, a few little touches such as bottled water in room were missing. Glasses yes, water no.

Beautiful room with 4 poster bed but bathroom although clean was basic and didn’t fit the opulence of the room.

Nice hotel, but marred due to unable to have a shower in the evening snd in the morning as there was little or no water pressure, when in room 34 there was no wifi and unable to put your food or bar...
Better water pressure and temperature in showers (our sons' shower was cold)
Better Wi-Fi speed (practically non-existent)
Quicker service in restaurant (waited almost an hour for a soup starter)...
Not enough experienced bar staff only 1 lager on as no one to change the barrels the staff that were there were very nice but clearly overworked rooms were clean and tidy breakfast was nice
