MINI Insured Warranty pārskati

Found the sales people really helpful, gave correct information answered questions, and returned phone call all in a short time, job done.

Very easy to purchase, this is our second year for warranty and it includes roadside recovery which we used once last year for a puncture, I can highly recommend!!

Had to phone up three times to get paper copy of cover very frustrating

Recommended.

Phone was answered quickly. Easy process to renew cover. Operatives know their job. Always good.

Too expensive

The Dealership made a claim last year, it was settled and I was back on the road In no time at all

Straightforward purchase, good cover (has worked for us for years), fair price.

Easy renewal process. Would have liked a loyalty discount though. Reasonable value for money.

The quality of the sales operation was superb . young lady was very polite well versed on her products and made the whole operation simple. More companies should take a leaf from this company.
