Processing time good!
You did well with taking and confirming the order. The shipping and delivery aspect is disappointing. It is taking the DHL service 2 months to deliver my order. They need to do better, as being tardy...

We cannot guarantee processing time, but your parcel will usually arrive within 14 working days of your order. Thank you for confirming via email that parcel received, but damaged in transit.
