We strive on excellent customer service, I did check back and see that our agent tried to confirm an appointment with you for March 9th, the email could have went to your junk folder. But I would like to apologize, it should have been followed up with a call to confirm as well in case the email did not reach you. Thank you Craig for your feedback. We do apologize for your experience. In researching what went wrong we have searched our emails, database and phone call history and do not see your email address or phone number prior to your appointment request. I do see that you did communicate with Sarah after your appointment request and I see her note of your frustration in not being able to reach us. Again, we do not know what went wrong here but it certainly is not the impression that we want our customers to have. Please do accept our apology for your experience and I do hope that you will give us another chance to prove ourselves. We are here to help!

I actually would but honestly I think some of your doctors are con-men. He had advertised liposuction for $1000-$1500 after receiving the info the crazy Doctor comes back with some off the wall price of $3500 & I have to pay my own way from airport to clinic & back & pay for hotel. That is insane for liposuction. I didn't pay that much for my gastric sleeve or tummy tuck & they provided transportation to & from airport & hotel stay for 2 nights. I asked Sarah for a reasonable price & this is by no means reasonable. I was planning on coming there with 3 other people wanting same thing but after they saw what your doctor was throwing we decided to find a doctor on our own. The thing I'm saying is is given people a wrong assumption or telling them one price just does a look on you and it doesn't look good on the doctor and it's pretty much just a hook to get you in which that's a bad sales tactic
