Great service

Easy ordering

I received it on time.

No reply to my email ..… says it all. No customer service! Faulty garment had to return but then still had to pay £5 to return it….. not my fault their quality check was not done.

Great service all the way through the whole process .

Great service and speedy delivery.

Very good.

Item was quickly despatched and delivered but the returns process has been extremely poor. M&Co should ensure that the couriers offered actually collect the items.

Quick delivery to inpost lockers, website easy to use
