The service was rubbish never received such service in my life. Very rude drivers not ready to help. Refuses to take fridge upstairs very lazy drivers and got no human feeling even does I was begging...

As this is a large and heavy item, as per our delivery guide and Terms and Conditions, delivery of Range Cookers and American Fridge Freezers is to ground floor only due to the size and weight of the item for Health and Safety reasons.
