Thank you very much for your comments regarding your stay with us at the Christina. It sounds as if there were a few issues that warranted further investigation at the time so I hope you spoke to the hotel manager as I know she would have been keen to put things right on the spot. Please rest assured however that your comments have been taken on board and have been distributed to a number of colleagues in London who will bear them in mind when planning for next winter.
