Hi Derek, thanks for your feedback. Firstly may we take the opportunity to apologise for the negative experience you have had with us- it is not something we are accustomed to!

In relation to the difference in names and colours of the products you bought we can confirm that both the products you purchased do indeed have the same style name and same colour, namely Carlton Blue Waistcoat and Carlton Blue Trousers, so we are unsure as to why this comment has been left. We are very apologetic about the wrong size being sent to you, delivery funds were refunded as soon as we had found out about the mistake and the trousers were exchanged straight away for you. Hi Derek, we are unsure as to why the label would read 43 as this is not a trouser size or blazer size that we stock? Could you maybe send us a photo of the label as we think it may actually be the container number.

Furthermore, we can confirm that the trousers you have purchased are Regular leg so they would indeed be too long for somebody who is usually a short leg.
