We urge customers to contact us directly if they are unsatisfied with their purchases and in this case we would have been happy and willing to exchange the trousers for you and to cover your postage costs to return. 

As the trousers have now been modified we will be unable to offer this option however if you contact our friendly team via phone or email we will be willing to resolve this situation by reimbursing the costs for repair.

We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We would like to advise that the term 'tweed' refers to the weave of the fabric and not the fabric itself. For information on the fabric content please refer to the care label. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we can offer a full refund or an exchange in line with our returns policy.
